About Your Trainer

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played a variety of sports including soccer, baseball, football, and even BMX, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of teamwork. Those experiences shaped my understanding of athletic performance and sparked a passion for helping others reach their potential.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to give back to my community by working with non-profit organizations focused on youth development. Coaching sports like soccer and baseball and organizing strength and conditioning programs for high school athletes allowed me to share my knowledge, inspire confidence, and help young athletes build both physical and mental strength.

Since 2005, I’ve immersed myself in fitness, from training at commercial gyms to dedicating several years to CrossFit, gaining a deep understanding of functional training, performance development, and personalized programming. Now, I’m able to fully live out my dream—helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals without the distractions of a crowded, corporate gym environment.

Having personally experienced an ACL injury in high school, I developed a passion for helping people bounce back from injuries—whether it’s returning to sport or improving daily life activities. My focus is always on longevity, strength, and wellness for all ages.

At The Lab, my mission is simple: provide top-notch, individualized training in a focused and supportive environment. Every program is designed with your goals, lifestyle, and abilities in mind—so you can achieve real results, feel stronger, and gain confidence along the way.
